Home Noticias “Pedíamos por mayor antigüedad mejor sueldo, y el Gobierno lo está cumpliendo”

 

Lo dijo el representante en Rawson del Consejo de Bienestar Policial, Darío Trinidad, luego de que el secretario de Seguridad y Justicia del Chubut, Federico Massoni, se reuniera con miembros del cuerpo de toda la provincia. Allí se firmó la ratificación del acta que modifica la liquidación del ítem antigüedad de acuerdo a la jerarquía y años de servicio de los agentes. “Todo el recurso humano policial va a contar con el depósito por antigüedad junto con los haberes de octubre”, indicó Massoni. 

El secretario de Seguridad y Justicia del Chubut, Federico Massoni, encabezó este viernes en Rawson una reunión del Consejo de Bienestar Policial de la que participaron representantes de toda la provincia. El objetivo fue firmar la ratificación del compromiso asumido el mes pasado en cuanto a la modificación de la liquidación del ítem antigüedad para todos los agentes de la Policía del Chubut y su depósito junto a los haberes de octubre de 2015.

El acta fue rubricada por el ministro de Economía y Crédito Público, Pablo Scocca; el subsecretario de Gestión Presupuestaria, Gustavo Paz; el secretario de Seguridad, Federico Massoni, y el jefe de la Policía del Chubut, Leonardo Bustos, en el marco del encuentro que se desarrolló en la Escuela de Personal Subalterno de la capital provincial.

El representante del Consejo de Bienestar Policial en Rawson, Darío Trinidad, sostuvo que esta firma “es muy importante para nosotros, lo estaba pidiendo el personal subalterno y a partir de octubre se empieza a pagar”.

Recordó que “desde que empezamos a trabajar el tema salarial, siempre pedimos a partir de la primera reunión el tema de la jerarquía. Solicitábamos que por mayor antigüedad mejor sueldo, y eso es algo que el Gobierno está cumpliendo”.

Por su parte, Massoni indicó que “a esta reunión extraordinaria que he solicitado vinieron representantes de toda la provincia. Se acercó el ministro de Economía para firmar la ratificación de aquel compromiso que se había asumido en la reunión pasada, la cual había generado en determinado momento dudas de su cumplimiento”.

Manifestó que, siguiendo “el lineamiento directo del Gobernador, se ha firmado la ratificación del acta anterior para llevarle tranquilidad a todo el recurso humano policial de que se va a dar cumplimiento”, y agregó que el mismo “se empieza a dar con los haberes del mes de octubre”.

“Todo el recurso humano policial va a contar con el depósito correspondiente a este compromiso asumido oportunamente”, precisó Massoni e indicó que “estamos hablando de 7,5 millones de pesos mensuales que representan algo que al policía se le estaba adeudando hace mucho tiempo”.

En otro orden, el secretario de Seguridad adelantó que “la próxima reunión ya está fijada para el 6 de noviembre. Hemos pedido que se hagan dos reuniones mensuales, no sólo para hablar de estas cuestiones que nosotros sabemos que son muy importantes para la Policía, sino para empezar a tratar temas que son de fondo al funcionamiento policial”.

Al respecto explicó que “no sólo quedarnos en el tema de los haberes sino también en el sistema de descanso, capacitaciones y empezar a tratar las otras problemáticas reales que tiene el policía en cuanto a viviendas y licencias, entre otras cosas”.

Massoni puso en valor la función del Consejo porque a partir de su creación “los actores que están en la calle vienen a decirnos cuáles son los problemas reales y no los problemas que nosotros creemos que tienen”.

También destacó que en todas las Unidades Regionales de la provincia se designará a un suboficial que pasará a actuar como secretario de la Jefatura de Policía para hacerse cargo de “todas las temáticas particulares que van ocurriendo en las distintas localidades”. Indicó que esto ya se implementó en Comodoro Rivadavia y luego se replicará en las demás ciudades para que “los pedidos le lleguen con velocidad al jefe”.

Finalmente precisó que “la Secretaría de Seguridad dispuso que psicólogos, asistentes sociales y abogados estén trabajando y visiten cada una de las comisarías para dar contención al personal”. Señaló que ya se puso en marcha en Comodoro Rivadavia y posteriormente “se va a reproducir en Trelew, Rawson, Puerto Madryn y Esquel”.
